Sub-Fund of Oneworld RAIF V.C.I.C. Plc (the “Company”).
The Company is an Open Ended Umbrella Investment Company with variable
capital. Both Company and the Fund were established in Cyprus, authorised by
the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission and managed by Oneworld Plus
Management Limited (the “Manager”),
