Pointone Global Investment Limited launched Pointone Private Equity Fund (a Sub-Fund of Oneworld RAIF V.C.I.C. Plc), a Cyprus authorised Private Equity Fund that invests in Ireland.

ONEWORLD RAIF V.C.I.C. PLC

Oneworld RAIF V.C.I.C Plc (the “Company”) was established in Cyprus on 17 December 2020. The Company is incorporated under the Companies Law, Cap. 113 with registration number HE416412, and is authorised by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) to operate as a Registered Alternative Investment Fund (authorisation number RAIF70), in the form of a limited liability company by shares, as open ended umbrella investment company of variable capital with multiple investment compartments as provided in the Alternative Investment Funds Law 2018, or in any other law which replaces or amends it. The Fund is addressed to professionals and/or well-informed investors.

POINTONE PRIVATE EQUITY FUND 

Pointone Private Equity Fund (the “Fund”) is a Sub-Fund of Oneworld RAIF V.C.I.C. Plc was established as a Private Equity Fund to invest in the Island of Ireland (Republic and Northern Ireland). The Fund was registered  by CySEC as an Investment Compartment with segregated liability on 14 June 2022 (authorisation number RAIF70_3) representing a series of Shares in the Fund. The Fund is directed to:

• High Net-Worth Individuals
• Ultra High Net-Worth Individuals
• Family Offices
• Institutional Investors (Pension Funds, Insurance Companies, Banks, Credit Unions, Venture Capital & Mutual Funds)

The Fund invests in Ireland to achieve capital growth for investors through acquisition of Shares in growth companies with scalable operations, support with needed resources including experienced human capital with required expertise to actualise the growth of the company to maturity and exit the matured company.

Companies from all industries are considered for private equity investment. These include, including high-tech, media, educational, manufacturing, financial services and medical amongst others. 

While the Fund strategy is growth equity, it also considers and invests in prosperous buyouts and venture capital opportunities. 

The Fund works with industry participants in Ireland to identify opportunities that exist in Ireland, that not only are considered suitable as investments but also lead to the creation of employment in Ireland.

The Fund

• Invests in unquoted growth companies with scalable potentials on the Island of Ireland
• Attracts intellectuals to locate and grow their ventures in Ireland through Private Equity investment
• Capitalises the returns on private equity investment to the benefit of the Shareholders/Investors
• Distributes the dividend from investees to the Shareholders
• Exits investees through the following:

         . Repurchase by the Initial Shareholder/Promoter - acquisition by the management of the   investee 

         . Strategic acquisition - acquisition by another Company

         . Secondary sale - acquisition by another Private Equity firm

         . Initial Public Order (IPO) - listing and selling equities to the public.
